Thank you for shopping at Grubbets. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions




The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

There may be times when You[b1]  will need to return Goods purchased from Us. We will exchange Your Goods or give You a refund provided that:

  • You return the Goods within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.

  • You produce Your original invoice (receipt) when you return the Goods.

  • The Goods are returned with all parts and documentation that were initially included.

  • The Goods are in original packaging if there is a specific quality issue with the product

  • A return form is completed and accompanies Your Goods being returned.

  • Photos of the Goods

  • Contact information

  • Order Number

  • Lot Number

  • Scanned copy of Your original invoice (receipt)


After you have submitted your return form, one of our friendly staff members will get in contact with You and You will be notified by email the status of your exchange or refund.


If you are not able to comply with these requirements, We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. We will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.


When You make a qualifying return, We will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges (if any), and You will typically receive your refund in approximately 3-5 business days. Any refunds will be refunded using the same method of payment used to purchase the Goods.


Goods not Eligible for Returns


Some Goods are not eligible for return or refund; unless otherwise provided by law, all purchases of these types of Goods are final and non-refundable including the following:

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


Returning Goods


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and track-able mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
